I think your articles are terrific. Brutal in their clarity! You could probably write something great on how to prepare a business plan for great service partners who are trying to move laterally.
I want to thank you for both the valuable content of your article, as well as for your boldness to tell the truth. There is little doubt that some might respond with hate mail for the statements you made in the article. But they are merely displacing to the author their dissatisfaction with reality. I routinely conduct initial consultations of people who want me to bring suit against their employers for discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, etc. I never take their cases, but I always counsel them. Hard as it is for them to hear my words, most of them thank me for telling them the truth and for explaining how things really work -- not how things should work. It is surprising to me just how many dissatisfied employees report that they have never had candid conversation with anyone, and have never "looked at it that way." We need more honesty. Thank you.
