I'm Currently in a Practice Group. Should I Take an Offer From a New Firm?

Senior Managing Director-East Coast

I recently received an offer from a regional law firm with a really strong reputation and excellent work. Although I am really excited about this opportunity and got along well with the practice group, I am still torn. What should I do?
