Duties

Requirements

  • 5 years of class action litigation experience.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing class certification processes and settlement negotiations.
  • Exceptional legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to foster strong client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California State Bar (required).
