Associate needed for Boca Raton office

Duties:

• Handle a variety of litigation matters including insurance defense and commercial disputes

• Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and discovery responses

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and negotiations

• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communications

• Maintain deadlines and manage a caseload with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in insurance defense and/or commercial litigation

• Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality legal work

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida (required)
