San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior corporate, transactional, and securities attorney with 1-3 years of corporate experience at a national or regional law firm and lead associate roles in corporate and transactional matters. The candidate will be interacting with clients, outside advisors and partners, and other attorneys/paralegals within the firm. Managing client expectations, attention to detail, significant drafting experience, and the ability to "take ownership" of projects are essential and are expected in this position. Must have top academics and outstanding writing and problem-solving skills. Must be licensed to practice law in California. Must have strong drafting skills and a "can do" attitude.
