[My favorite thing about working with BCG]; it got me a job! Sarah took a lot of time to think about my situation and what kind of job would be good for me in this stage in my career. Having someone that was experienced and knew how to contact relevant firms and really advocate for me was good. Sarah really helped me strategize and update my resume even a little bit more than it had been and to go back and think about it. She was great!

I love the fact that I constantly was getting emails. Maybe that is annoying, but I love that tactic because it actually you guys were looking out for me, Hey, check your firms that or jobs that we have ready for you. That constant information, you made it easier because everything was centralized. And I was able to just point and click at the jobs that I liked. And made sure that, I got the right one, which I'm now in for. 10 out of 10.

[My favorite part about working with BCG Attorney Search was] the follow up, and not having to be the one contacting the recruiter. The recruiter went out and did the leg work for me, and found the places that were hiring that were in the salary range and locations I was interested in. [BCG is] friendly, thorough, and prompt. You guys are thorough and you're prompt and you're always following through on something. [You] facilitate [a] job search and make it a lot easier.

Sarah is just a great spirited person and very energetic and lots of great ideas. She kept everything going and on the ball. BCG has a really great computer generated programs that really keep you motivated and keep you focused on what you are doing and Sarah worked will with it to keep your focus. I think that is what really sets [BCG] apart! I haven't used a recruiter in a while but from what I recall no one has had a system like that in the past and you guys really stand out in that regard.[BCG made my job search] a million times easier! You really took the burden of digging off of me and presented a lot of firms that I would have never thought of - including the place I am going to. You found all the jobs for me and presented them to me and I was able to just say Yes or No. You did all the leg work for me and once the ball got rolling and I had some interviews going I was able to shine from there. The idea of putting my resume out to firms that are not necessarily looking is a really phenomenal idea. I am not sure if the firm that took me in for interviews were actively looking or just starting to look but I think that is what actually happened.Sarah's positive attitude was really great and I will absolutely recommend her to anybody I know that is looking to move. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. I started this process slowly a couple years ago and I recently started it up again with Sarah - in the meantime I had reached out to a couple other New York based recruiter's and had some really negative experiences with them. They would tell me that since I had been in house for the past couple years and since I hasn't been as active and don't have an active client base and they pretty much just told me I was "out to pasture" and Sarah had a totally different take on that. She would tell me "don't worry about it, we're going to get through this and find your place" and sure enough I did. Not only that, I found a place that I didn't ever think I could be as happy with the situation I am in. Sarah also advised me well when I had multiple offers at the same time; she really helped me navigate that process. She did an excellent job from start to finish. I appreciate that she cared about me and not just her fee. It was really about me and that is RARE! She really encouraged me to apply to places that were good for me for where I am in my life and she also did a lot of research on the firms before sending me there.

My legal placement professional made the process very simplified for me. She explained everything step by step and didn't get annoyed when I had silly or stupid questions, I really used her a lot throughout the process. She read through my writing sample, she wrote cover letters for me, anytime I would email back and forth with a law firm I would send the email to her and have her read it over first. She was really an invaluable resource for me. I really enjoyed working with her! She was holding my hand through every step. She was always available when I called or texted her, even when it was at night, which I really appreciated. I know I personally don't like being bothered by work stuff at all hours, but she didn't make me feel bad about reaching out to her. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's you have used?A. I used a recruiting firm a few years ago but BCG and my legal placement professional were far more helpful than the other firm I used.

I appreciated the online portal. I worked with other recruiters and a lot of communication was done over email, including gathering a list of firms that I wanted to apply to. I appreciate that BCG had an official portal that I could clearly what was submitted, the date, and the result - that is one of the main things that stuck out to me.

[BCG] provided opportunities that I would not have found out about. I was looking in a completely new market that I had no connections or experience with. The firm I am going to, I had never heard of them before and in doing my own research prior to working with Annie they weren't popping up on any of the lists that I was pulling. Most of the firms that she did send me, weren't popping up either. If it weren't for working with Annie, I probably wouldn't have landed this specific position.
Q.Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

A.I worked with another company in Atlanta, it was a little bit smaller. In terms of communication and following up and helping me with interviews, I would say it was pretty on par. The only difference with BCG and the other firm is that your firm has more online structure as opposed to working with a smaller recruiter, we communicated a lot via email re: the results of firms. The experience was great for me on both ends. I really appreciated working with a small recruiter as well as with BCG and Annie.

My legal placement professional always kept in touch with me. She knew what I was looking for and did a really good job of finding firms to work with that weren't even necessarily hiring at the time. She definitely was able to find more firms that were looking to hire someone with my background than I was able to find on my own.I began my job search thinking it would take me 6 or 7 months to find something and I had my second interview in the first 2 months. It made it quick and painless!Aida AlmasalkhiUniversity of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, Class of 2016Placed at Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala PLLC

One thing I really enjoyed regarding BCG was the dashboard and their user friendly aspect of their website as far as applying to jobs and being able to be notified regularly through email about any job openings or postings and having the filtering aspect of the search process which was helpful. With Becca in particular, I thought she was extremely helpful regarding preparation for interviews, searching for jobs that I wouldn't have found myself that were applicable to my skills and requirements, size of firms, etc. I felt that she was so on top of everything and keeping in contact with me. One think I really enjoyed was her communication with me and keeping my search on track in terms of what we needed to do and making sure my resume was up to date. I can't state how helpful she was in getting me prepared and ready for the job interviews.

BCG made the process easier in terms of organization and in searching for applicable jobs and firms that I would be interested in working at that were in my different areas of expertise. Preparing for the job interviews and assessing what I needed to do and what further contact, either Becca or I, should make to the hiring team. Having someone with knowledge on how to work with a private firm, especially for someone like myself that was coming from the nonprofit government / academic side of law.

I really can't state enough how much Becca helped me and the material that BCG provided. Her constant communication and her being on top of everything when I needed her and being available, even on the weekend, was really appreciated.

BCG was proactive, responsive, and helpful in assisting my job search.
BCG Attorney Search provided a vehicle for getting my information to more quality firms than I would have on my own.
