Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage various cases, focusing primarily on real estate and employment class action issues.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and consultations on their cases.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to effectively manage caseloads.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable in California.


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 1-6 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal setting, with demonstrated expertise in real estate and employment class actions.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly from home as needed.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent legal services and maintaining a strong work ethic.


  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.


  • Admission to the California State Bar is required.
