At BCG Attorney Search, we are proud to be a trusted partner for law firms across the United States. With over half of the attorneys in the country have contacted us in the past five years, we offer a wealth of expertise and a deep pool of talented candidates that can help your firm grow now and for decades to come.
We believe in fair play and good relationships between legal placement companies and employers. That's why we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines when working with us.
You can access a pool of highly qualified candidates we have rigorously screened and vetted by working with us. First, we request that you contact us directly if you're interested in a candidate we've referred to you. We represent our candidates exclusively, and contacting them directly could harm the relationship between us, the candidate, and your firm.
Second, if you contact our candidates independently, you are cutting them off from our valuable resources, such as interview preparation and salary negotiation. Additionally, it undermines our trust and relationship with the candidate, which could harm our ability to provide valuable services in the future.
Third, we expect you to keep our candidates' interest in your firm confidential. This is simply good business practice, and it can help you build a strong reputation in the legal industry.
Finally, tell us immediately if you've received a candidate from another source. This information is relevant to our decision to keep working with candidates and can help us provide better services to them in the future. All of our candidates agree in writing to inform us of where they applied before working with us. If a candidate has lied about this, we need to know.
