Robert Nagle will take on labor and employment law for Fox Rothschild. He left Saul Ewing LLP.

Brett Pyrdek joined the antitrust and competition law group at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Joshua Briones left DLA Piper to join the litigation group at Mintz Levin.

Hilary Cairnie will practice government contracts and corporate law for Pepper and Hamilton. She was practicing with Baker & Hostetler LLP.

Kelley Doran will tackle government contracts at Pepper Hamilton. Doran left Baker & Hostetler LLP.

Marc Rossell has joined Greenberg Traurig LLP’s corporate & securities group. He had been with Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

Michael Benjamin will practice corporate law with Latham & Watkins. He was practicing with Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Martin Cotterill will take on technology, media & communications law at Taylor Wessing. He left Latham & Watkins.

Ross Mckean joined DLA Piper from Olswang to practice data protection law.

James Tumbridge will handle patents for Venner Shipley LLP. He was with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.

Mark Bravin will practice litigation with Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP. He left Winston & Strawn LLP.

Louis Cohen left DLA Piper to practice with Locke Lord LLP. He will be the international chair for real estate.

Samantha Kelly will practice general insurance and litigation with Norton Rose Fulbright. She was practicing with DLA Piper.

Michael Gillette has joined Polsinelli PC from Gammage & Burnham to practice corporate and transactional law.

Tandra Foster will practice human resource law at Purdue University. She was with Barnes & Thornburg LLP.

Nicola Northway left Barclays PLC to join the antitrust team at Baker & McKenzie.

Garret Filler joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft from Incapture; Blackfield.

Nathan Parker will handle financial restructuring with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. He was with Debevoise & Plimpton.

Maia Harris will practice intellectual property law with Pepper Hamilton LLP. Harris left Nixon Peabody LLP.

Jason Kaplan left Reed Smith to join Polsinelli. He will handle debt and equity capital markets matters.

Yann Utzschneider joined White & Case LLP from Gide Loyrette Nouel to practice competition and EU law.

Samuel Cullari left Comcast to join Reed Smith LLP’s intellectual property group.

Judy Deng will practice corporate finance & securities with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. She left Reed Smith LLP.

Susan Alker joined Medley Management Inc. to handle lending and investing law. She left Reed Smith LLP.

Patrick Smith will take on white collar criminal defense for Smith Villazor LLP. He was with DLA Piper.

A.W. “Chip” Phinney III joined the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from Mintz Levin to handle litigation.

Jennifer Sulla was with Mintz Levin but has taken a position handling energy and environment law for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.

Barry Grissom left the U.S. Department of Justice to handle government investigations and compliance-civil and criminal cases with Polsinelli PC.

Bilal Sayyed will handle antitrust law with McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Sayyed left Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Evan Bienstock will take on corporate law at Lowenstein Sandler. He was practicing with Mintz Levin.

Abraham “Avi” Reshtick will practice tax and M&A law at Mintz Levin. He left Bracewell & Giuliani LLP.

Edouard Lefevre is practicing corporate law with Mintz Levin. He was with Foley & Lardner LLP.

Scott Pinarchick joined Mintz Levin from Foley & Lardner LLP to practice in their tax and private equity groups.
