I'd say right from the get-go you guys were very detail-oriented, really focused on my particular profile and helped me build my skills and draft my resume in a way that will be good for me. We started working just a year ago. Throughout the year, I was always contacted by the team that had placements to offer, and you kept on searching and a year after we started working together, it all panned out. It's been great.

I think it made it significantly easier in that instead of me having to look for the positions that would be a match for my profile, which is very time consuming, even though you may have LinkedIn or other services that help you, it's just time consuming and frustrating because you work on it so hard and then it's not always good news after you present your credentials. Having that done for me made the process significantly easier on my schedule and allowed me to focus on my current work and my academic activities instead of dedicating a couple hours every day or every week to do a job search.

I think, hands down, the best. Absolutely, the best. The first conversations that we've had, your team always read my curriculum before having the conversation with me. They did research on my profile, and what was I good at, and my publications. They knew all of that before talking to me, so they were able to keep the conversation very on point, very productive, because they already knew what my profile was. That's something that nobody else did for me. It's been great, really, absolutely great.

Sarah responded to my initial inquiry very quickly. She was amiable, professional, positive and diligent throughout our interactions. She really connected with me on my unique situation and served as a guide throughout my entire process (which took a little over a year in total, including about 7 months while connected with Sarah). Conversations with her gave me confidence and encouragement. Sarah was instrumental in getting me a job. Sarah, in particular, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very very positive. She helped pump me up before interviews and decipher if I liked the law firm after interviews. Those were the key things. [BCG] is unique in the sense that other recruiters I have worked with don't presumptively apply to law firms. You guys applied to 80 or 90 law firms on my behalf, even if there weren't postings which ended up being what got me a job in the end. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? A. Definitely top, out of 5- top 2! Sarah was really really great and probably the best recruiter I have ever worked with.

She was very knowledgeable about the market and had a large scope of information on both mid-sized and AmLaw firms. She was great at negotiating the offers that came in with the firm, ultimately to the offer that I accepted. She was able to give me advice on time frames in which to answer firms that did move forward with offers and help navigate that process. She provided excellent service. Sarah is awesome, great, thoughtful, and diligent. A pleasure to work with.

My favorite thing about BCG was the availability of my recruiter. She was available at any time that I would text her, or call her sometimes she was driving but she always made herself available. I appreciated the general care to my interests and actually caring about my career goals. Sarah didn't seem like she had any kind of plant or lean but she was just completely about my own career goals and what would be best for me, even when I was considering non-BCG presented options, she was still available and happy to talk to me about those and I really appreciated that. I think that she's made my job search easier because she did a lot of the leg work with like helping schedule the interviews and talking to people in HR and so I didn't feel like I had to be the one communicating all the time. She assisted with all of that and it sure made it easier for me.
