Betty Wong has joined Lane Powell as Counsel to the Firm on the Immigration Team.
Wong provides consultation and representation of immigration-related matters to a diverse client base, including startups and established companies, investors and entrepreneurs, artists and entertainers, researchers and academic scholars. Her expertise covers a wide range of employment and family-based immigration law, including nonimmigrant petitions (E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, etc.), family and worker immigrant petitions (I-130, EB-1, NIW, etc.), consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization.
Wong received her J.D. and B.A. in English from the University of Washington.
