David Worthen Rejoins Quarles & Brady, Strengthening Firm’s Franchise Law Practice Group
The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Franchise & Distribution attorney David Worthen has rejoined the firm as of counsel, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Worthen focuses on all aspects of franchise litigation. He has extensive experience in issues involving intentional underreporting of sales, tax fraud, standards enforcement, non-compete covenants, encroachment, nonpayment, trademark violations, unapproved products and vicarious liability. He has litigated cases involving patent infringement, insurance coverage, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and the ownership of television and radio stations.
An established franchise law attorney, Worthen has been selected to Who's Who of Franchise Lawyers by the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers and has been listed to the Best Lawyers in America in Franchise Law since 2019. He holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
