We walk each candidate through a thorough screening process, and meet face to face where possible, to fully prepare them for their interview. We don't abandon our candidates after the interview though. We make sure that we follow up with the attorney, as well as the law firm, after the interview takes place. We want to ensure that we match the right attorney candidate with the right law firm each time to ensure success on behalf of both parties.
