I probably [am] a little different than most people's experience. I was contacted by my recruiter. She was passed by the employer for finding a candidate for the position. I had not been looking to work with a recruiter or even look for another job outside of my current position. But it seemed like a good fit. Some of my favorite things were the recruiter herself was very personable, very informative, [and] very easy to work with and she really helped guide the process. I don't think she gave me any feedback on my resume or cover letter, but she did give me some information to help prepare for the interview. She gave me feedback after the interview, and was very helpful in helping me negotiate the final employment agreement. [BCG is] helpful, informative, and friendly. I would recommend you guys. If someone is looking for a new position, I would definitely recommend that they reach out to [you]. The person I worked with was great. It helps to rely on [a recruiter] to guide [you] through the process. It was a good experience.
