Corporate Finance Partner Joins Blank Rome in L.A.
Summary: Blank Rome welcomed an experienced corporate finance partner to their Los Angeles office.
Blank Rome LLP announced the addition of Shadi Enos Jahangir to their Los Angeles office. Jahangir is joining as a partner in the Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group and Financial Services industry team. She joins from Buchalter where she was a shareholder in their Bank and Finance Law group.
Blank Rome’s Financial Services industry team chair Lawrence F. Flick II said, “Shadi is an accomplished and respected finance attorney with tremendous experience in asset-based lending and leveraged cash flow lending in the areas of technology and software, healthcare and life sciences, solar and renewable energy, and the wine industry. Her practice will be an excellent complement to both our finance group and our Los Angeles office.”
Jahangir will focus her practice on commercial lending and corporate finance. She represents financial institutions, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors with middle-market debt financing and investment-grade credits.
Blank Rome Chairman and Managing Partner Alan J. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles in mathematics and economics. She has served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
