New Dewey Defections Put Total Partner Departures Over 60
More partner departures at troubled law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf put the total number of partners who have left so far to over 60 this year. This time the partners are from its London, Dubai and Washington, D.C. offices. The departures also come at a time when the firm is negotiating its line of credit with its lenders, although Jeffery Kessler, one of the members of the new 5-person committee, has told Am Law Daily that this was a routine transaction.
