Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Samuel DiPietro joined the Tax, Trusts, & Estates practice group as an associate in the firm’s Phoenix office.
 
With a detail-oriented mindset, Samuel collaborates with families and their advisors to create customized estate plans that address the specific needs of each family, ensuring the protection and seamless transfer of wealth. A certified public accountant, Samuel holds two advanced degrees in taxation and specializes in the design and implementation of advanced estate planning concepts and tax structuring matters, creating unique solutions that satisfy immediate needs while planning future success for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses.

Samuel is actively involved in the community as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, as a member of the continuing education committee for the Financial Planning Association of Greater Phoenix, and as a member of the Central Valley Estate Planning Council. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and later completed a Master of Tax and Taxation at the same institution. Samuel added a Master of Laws in Taxation and earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
 
Prior to attending law school, Samuel worked as a tax associate at a leading global accounting firm where he focused on U.S. and International tax compliance matters. He also gained valuable experience as an extern at the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International Division.
