Parsons Behle & Latimer Grows its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group with the Addition of a New Associate
Parsons Behle & Latimer a preeminent Intermountain West law firm is pleased to welcome new associate Patrick J. Neville. Neville joins the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice team in its Salt Lake City office. He is a recent graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
Neville says he was interested in joining Parsons because of its reputation for professional excellence and says he is humbled and excited to be part of that tradition. Neville says his technical background initially drew him to intellectual property work and he has now expanded his practice to general commercial litigation, intellectual property and antitrust law because he enjoys providing clients with effective solutions to complex issues. Neville assists a range of clients in issues of patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising and unfair competition.
Neville graduated from the S. J. Quinney College of Law as a member of the Order of the Coif, the highest academic honor in law school. He served as an executive footnote editor on the Utah Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court team. Neville also holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Redlands. He is admitted to practice in Utah and California.
