Some of my favorite things about working with BCG were the national breadth of professionalism, and the quality of the employers. Working with BCG took a lot of the stress off of me of having to go out and find jobs, especially since I knew that law firms don't publish all of the time and they just go to researchers. BCG has an efficient process for its candidates.You have higher quality positions in larger firms more than other recruiting firms.

I really liked my consultant, she helped me prepare for interviews, I had a lot of questions that she responded to. She also helped with my interview preparation, and how to negotiate getting the job offer.BCG helped make my job search easier because my consultant taught me how to make a lateral move and gave me interview prep. The particular job I was looking at, I had seen a post on the BCG website, then I contacted BCG. They then put me in contact with the person I worked with. She was really helpful in terms of helping me figure [out] how to do the logistics of a lateral move and how to prepare for the interview. She also helped me work on my resume. My recruiter worked with me for 4 months until I found a new position at a different firm, and she was responsive, helpful, dedicated and wonderful to work with the entire time. She put a lot of thought into finding openings that she thought were suitable for me, helped me prepare for interviews, and was available to speak during evenings and weekends. She was very knowledgeable about the market and had a large scope of information on both mid-sized and AmLaw firms. She was great at negotiating the offers that came in with the firm, ultimately to the offer that I accepted. My favorite thing about BCG was the summary sheets I got every week. Those helped me keep track of what was going on verses other recruiters that would say "I am applying to this position" and I would never hear back about it either way, and in some cases, I am not sure that they ever applied. This is my second time working with Becca and I have the confidence to know that the work was getting done and I didn't need to fret over every detail with her.

My favorite thing about BCG was the availability of my recruiter. She was available at any time that I would text her, or call her sometimes she was driving but she always made herself available. I appreciated the general care to my interests and actually caring about my career goals. Sarah didn't seem like she had any kind of plant or lean but she was just completely about my own career goals and what would be best for me, even when I was considering non-BCG presented options, she was still available and happy to talk to me about those and I really appreciated that. I think that she's made my job search easier because she did a lot of the leg work with like helping schedule the interviews and talking to people in HR and so I didn't feel like I had to be the one communicating all the time. She assisted with all of that and it sure made it easier for me.

Sarah, in particular, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very very positive. She helped pump me up before interviews and decipher if I liked the law firm after interviews. Those were the key things. [BCG] is unique in the sense that other recruiters I have worked with don't presumptively apply to law firms. You guys applied to 80 or 90 law firms on my behalf, even if there weren't postings which ended up being what got me a job in the end. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? A. Definitely top, out of 5- top 2! Sarah was really really great and probably the best recruiter I have ever worked with.
