BCG was very responsive and provided me the opportunities that I think were more specific to what I was actually looking for, than other recruiters and you guys had way more contacts and opportunities too. By finding the opportunities that I wouldn't have thought to contact and taking care of the initial reach out and cover letter and setting up the first interview was a huge help and also in negotiating my offer as well. I would say that BCG is the best, I am kindof biased because you helped me get the job.

I really appreciated Jessica's responsiveness and how quickly she got me interviews and that I was able to get a job very quickly. She was easy to communicate with and was always available. I liked that BCG didn't push jobs on me that I either was not qualified for or didn't want, whereas other firms find an opening, they don't care what it is, they don't care who you are and they push you into it. I liked that the recruiter that I worked with at BCG was efficient, she was quick to get back to me so I never felt like she left something hanging or had forgotten, it was a good experience. Actually, not only did I get an interview and actually find a job thanks to you guys, but she definitely streamlined my job search. I had been all over the place before and you guys were able to suggest a couple of firms that were a good fit and get a couple of interviews that were good fits, so that definately helped focus my job search. BCG is by far the best. She was good at keeping me updated. I liked the BCG online access. It was very organized and I could see all the places [where my application] was pending. Ask more questions to the hiring firm before purposing it to the candidate. She understands that sometimes the firm doesn't always share that info but if we could try to push and get a bit more.

What where some of your favorite things about working with BCG and Jessica?

The wealth of knowledge of the market. There was a broad range of listings available - to be able to see on the website and take the time to look and approve firms instead of just getting a phone call asking if I had heard of a firm and what did I think. The periodic reminders that came in over the weekend were great. When there were offers on the table Jessica was very helpful about walking me through it and giving advice on how to approach certain things.

I don't think it would have been possible [without BCG]. The industry I am in is a very close knit group/small world. These are listing I probably wouldn't have found without working you guys. Even if I applied through LinkedIn I don't think it would be likely that my resume would make it to the top of the pile, or certainly wouldn't have gone as quickly.

She [Jessica] was really great! I hope I never have to work with her again, but if it comes to it I will be reaching out.

Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

As you got me the offer, I would say #1. As far as the quality of the experience - 2nd. There was another recruiting firm that reached out to me that had a better sense of the particular market that I was in. Jessica had a broad sense of the NY real estate market but not so much of the niche niche area that I am in.
