Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Manage assigned cases and maintain organized case files
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in product liability defense
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
• Experience handling discovery and motion practice
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Florida
• Admission to federal courts in Florida is preferred but not required
