Duties

  • Analyze contracts, business records, and financial documents
  • Support development of litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
  • Manage assigned cases and ensure compliance with court deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong understanding of business disputes and contract-related matters
  • Knowledge of state and federal civil procedure
  • Experience managing discovery and motion practice
  • Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in the State Bar of Florida
  • Admission to Florida federal courts is preferred but not required
