Armstrong Teasdale Adds Senior Associate Michael Grigsby in Denver
Armstrong Teasdale announces that Corporate Services Senior Associate Michael K. Grigsby has rejoined the firm. Having served as an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office from 2017 to 2020, Grigsby now joins the Denver office.
Grigsby focuses his practice primarily on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. Counseling both public and private companies of all sizes, he has wide experience drafting and negotiating documents at all stages of a transaction and regularly oversees due diligence reviews for his clients.
A natural extension of his transactional experience, Grigsby also advises clients on securities matters related to financing, compliance and reporting.
Further, Grigsby spent seven years living and working in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese Chinese. His experience overseas provides him with a strong international perspective.
