Dean Mead welcomes Emily Duda Buckley to the firm’s Government Relations Professionals team as a Government Affairs Manager. Buckley joins the firm with over 10 years of experience advocating Legislative and Executive issues.
Prior to joining Dean Mead, Buckley was the Director of Legislative Affairs at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services where she worked with stakeholders and represented the Department while attending legislative meetings and lobbied the legislative and executive branches on a variety of issues.
Buckley received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. She is Vice Chair of the Leon County Farm Bureau, and an Advocacy Committee Member on the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association.
