Cooper Jarnagin Bolsters GrayRobinson’s Admiralty and Maritime Law and Litigation Teams in West Palm Beach

GrayRobinson today announced Cooper Jarnagin has joined its Admiralty and Maritime Law and Litigation teams in the West Palm Beach office.

Jarnagin is Florida Board Certified in Admiralty and Maritime Law and focuses his practice on defense of admiralty claims and litigation. He represents the world's largest cruise lines in high-exposure maritime passenger and crewmember claims alleging medical malpractice, sexual assault, over-service, wrongful death, unsafe workplace, deficient provision of maintenance and cure, and catastrophic personal injury. Jarnagin handles recreational marine cases involving the Death on the High Seas Act (DOHSA), the Limitation of Liability Act, and vessel engine repair, and also has experience assisting in defense of over 250 passenger claims following an engine room fire.

Jarnagin received his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
