After a 2L summer associateship, this candidate ultimately received an offer to join a U.S. News & World Report nationally-ranked firm and Vault regionally-ranked firm in St. Louis, MO. She had a wonderful experience with this firm, where she had practiced for almost 10 years as a valued associate. With her team, she had established herself as a successful litigator able to manage all aspects of litigation in diverse and complex areas such as business litigation, products liability, electronic discovery, real estate/construction litigation, and environmental litigation. She was able to show a host of impressive accomplishments that included representation of clients in state and federal courts, leading large scale e-Discovery productions, performing depositions, motion practice, court appearances, medication and trial, and serving as second chair in multiple jury trials.
