I worked with Christina Brown over several months; I really enjoyed working with her very much. She was very personable and very responsive. She really was a pleasure to work with. It made the process much more enjoyable and more efficient. She was just a joy to work with.Working with BCG Attorney Search made getting a job much easier, because my recruiter had the contacts with the recruitment directors at the various firms. That made it much easier for me to get interviews with those firms than if I would have submitted my resume cold without that connection through BCG. So, I think it was really vital in getting me interviews and helping me eventually land with Husch Blackwell.The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are helpful, professional, and I think in my case the third word would be indispensable. One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the personalized attention. It may sound cliche, but I have worked with some other recruiters, but Christina was phenomenal.
