1. I enjoyed that BCG gave me options, and lots of them. I also enjoyed that BCG connected me with a specialized recruiter who could assist in the interview process and with post-offer negotiations.2. Working with BCG made my job search easier because they found opportunities that I did not find in my personal searches. This alone increased my chances of placing with the best firm for me.3. I would rank BCG as an 8/10. BCG has a ton of opportunities to offer candidates, which is both a pro and a con. It's great because there's something for everyone. However, it can be overwhelming and time consuming to sift through all the options each day when you're looking for something specific. Overall, their plethora of opportunities is more of a pro than a con in my book. I'd rather work with a recruiter who has too many options than one with very few options.

My recruiter was very professional. She responded and took a lot of questions both during office hours and outside of office hours, which is very helpful. The process was a very efficient process. I like how I was provided firms, which my recruiter believed were a good fit for me. I was able to review them and provide responses. If it took me a couple of extra days to review something or get back to my recruiter, she would always reach back out and make sure I was staying on top of the ball, which is very helpful. It helped find jobs and listings that I otherwise would not have found online. And it also helped introduce me to law firms that I otherwise would not have known about or would not have known to research. I've only briefly worked with one other recruiter individually. I would say it ranked very high up there, definitely higher than my other experience. Like I said, the efficiency and the ability to really motivate and push me was helpful. The one other recruiter I worked with would show you all these different jobs and say, these are all great; you are great. That's just not realistic. I think BCG did a good job at maintaining expectations and helping point you in a direction and making it clear, this might be a firm that would be more of a reach, or this is definitely one that we should be looking at, I really appreciated those insights.

I worked with a couple of people at BCG at first and was working with another recruiting firm at the same time and they sent my resume out to a few places and they just stopped responding and kindof left me on radio silence, and then my legal placement professional started working with me and she was really responsive and followed up often, updated me on how things were going and made the whole experience really personal and took into consideration my circumstances and my priorities and what I wanted to do and not just a year from now, but a few years, so I appreciated that kind of responsiveness. It felt like it wasn't about the commissions, so that was really nice. It's really hard to find smaller to mid-sized firm opportunities from the other side of the country and so I think finding those opportunities with BCG's help was great.
I really appreciated the service aspect of what BCG offers. Being in the service industry, you can recognize people who know what they are doing when it comes to providing services and BCG has that aspect of it down pat. Also, just having the breadth of resources and breadth of opportunities and always being responsive and being supportive, for me it was a really good experience. You guys handled all of the logistics and did all of the leg work and all I had to do was prepare for interviews and preparing for a new opportunity which made my life a lot easier. Having a full time job, its' difficult to find the time for that sort of thing and it was you guys going out there and finding the opportunities and having the connections with the law firms and know which type of firm does which type of work, to me, was invaluable.

What where some of your favorite things about working with BCG and Harrison's Team? Interview prep and debrief Zoom calls. How did working with us make you job search easier? Finding the right law firms to apply to. Where would we rank/compare to other recruiting company's you may have used? Highly. Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience or any other feedback you have for us? A lot of marketing emails made it confusing to determine which I needed to reply to and which were just informational. Otherwise, it was easy to work internationally with the team and I appreciate the deviation from normal practices to make my location issues work.

One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the personalized attention. It may sound cliche, but I have worked with some other recruiters, but my legal placement professional was phenomenal. She tailored searches to what we talked about. Overall she was very, very responsive to what I wanted.Working with BCG made my job search easier in every way. My legal placement professional took over the job of looking, submitting me to places, and following up. It was very helpful time management wise. The first words that come to mind when I think of BCG are outstanding and personalized.I would rank BCG at the top when compared to other recruiting companies I have worked with. How would I describe BCG to a peer of mine? I would tell them that if they are serious about wanting to find a new position that they should go and see you guys.
I worked with my legal placement professional over several months; I really enjoyed working with her very much. She was very personable and very responsive. She really was a pleasure to work with. It made the process much more enjoyable and more efficient. She was just a joy to work with.Working with BCG Attorney Search made getting a job much easier, because my recruiter had the contacts with the recruitment directors at the various firms. That made it much easier for me to get interviews with those firms than if I would have submitted my resume cold without that connection through BCG. So, I think it was really vital in getting me interviews and helping me eventually land with Husch Blackwell. The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are helpful, professional, and I think in my case the third word would be indispensable. I don't think I could have gotten placed in my current position without your help.I would rank BCG Attorney Search right at the top. I have occasionally worked with other recruiting companies, but your company by far was the best experience I've had.I would obviously recommend BCG very highly based upon my experience with the company. I found the company and in particular my legal placement professional to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and really indispensable in helping me with my search. It was overall a very good experience for me and I would highly recommend the company.
