WILEF awarded Gold Standard Certification to Davis Wright Tremaine LLP
The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) is awarding its Gold Standard Certification to Davis Wright Tremaine LLP for providing the highest leadership positions to the women within the firm. This certification program is recognizing law firms for promoting women in the legal profession, and specially into placing them in the firm leadership. This is the first and only one of its kind which recognizes law firms for women leadership. It surveyed around 300 law firms in the US and evaluated criteria like percentage of female in position of equity partners; managing partners; committee members; practice group and so on so forth.
