Advise clients on plan administration and operation for all types of employee benefit plans, including multi-employer and single employer plans. Regular status update reports; timely completion of projects; perform other projects as assigned. Must have experience of drafting health and welfare plan documents, retirement plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Experience of negotiating and drafting contracts is essential. Should have experience of reviewing corporate financial and investment documents. Experience with real estate law, transactions and real estate development financing is preferred. Experience of using an electronic document management and time entry system, ProLaw a plus. Must have license to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
