Washington, DC office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employee benefits attorney with 2 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: ERISA Title I investment/fiduciary matters; Tax-qualification of retirement plans/tax-exempt organizations; Negotiation of plan service provider and investment-related contracts; Health law regulatory compliance; Multiemployer plan administration (e.g., benefit claims, QDROs, collection of delinquent contributions, withdrawal liability); Litigation; General securities law and commercial transactional work. Must be Admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Must be graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills. The ability to work well in a collaborative environment is required.
