Thank you for your assistance. As I indicated on the call, I can tell that my recruiter in Washington DC is extremely competent and professional, and consequently believe that they are the right person to assist in my search.

I had the opportunity to work with my recruiter in connection with a recent search for a corporate law associate position. She was a pleasure to work with for the duration of my job search. In the beginning of the job search, my recruiter assisted me in framing my goals and identifying which type of law firms would be a good match for my career objectives and qualifications. I was amazed at the number of positive responses we received from law firms, and I think that her ability to present my background and qualifications in an extremely marketable fashion and her personal connections with various law firms played an integral role in the success of my job search.
She is very personable, and her positive and energetic personality makes her an ideal choice for representing attorneys in job searches. I was also impressed by the manner in which my recruiter was able to prepare me for interviews. We covered all of the questions that I was asked in my interviews, which shows her knowledge of what law firms are looking for in a lateral candidate, and I felt comfortable answering the various questions that came up in the interviews. My recruiter helped me formulate responses to interview questions that were much more effective than responses I would have come up with on my own.

Perhaps the best part of working with my recruiter was her dedication to the job search. She was very attentive and sincerely cared about placing me with a firm that matched my personal goals and personality. Most importantly, her work yielded an excellent final result as I received offers from several highly ranked law firms. I highly recommend my recruiter to any attorney interested in making a lateral move.

My recruiter was very professional. She responded and took a lot of questions both during office hours and outside of office hours, which is very helpful. The process was a very efficient process. I like how I was provided firms, which my recruiter believed were a good fit for me. I was able to review them and provide responses. If it took me a couple of extra days to review something or get back to my recruiter, she would always reach back out and make sure I was staying on top of the ball, which is very helpful.It helped find jobs and listings that I otherwise would not have found online. And it also helped introduce me to law firms that I otherwise would not have known about or would not have known to research. I've only briefly worked with one other recruiter individually. I would say it ranked very high up there, definitely higher than my other experience. Like I said, the efficiency and the ability to really motivate and push me was helpful. The one other recruiter I worked with would show you all these different jobs and say, these are all great; you are great. That's just not realistic. I think BCG did a good job at maintaining expectations and helping point you in a direction and making it clear, this might be a firm that would be more of a reach, or this is definitely one that we should be looking at, I really appreciated those insights.

I worked with a couple of people at BCG at first and was working with another recruiting firm at the same time and they sent my resume out to a few places and they just stopped responding and kindof left me on radio silence, and then my legal placement professional started working with me and she was really responsive and followed up often, updated me on how things were going and made the whole experience really personal and took into consideration my circumstances and my priorities and what I wanted to do and not just a year from now, but a few years, so I appreciated that kind of responsiveness. It felt like it wasn't about the commissions, so that was really nice. It's really hard to find smaller to mid-sized firm opportunities from the other side of the country and so I think finding those opportunities with BCG's help was great.

I appreciated the streamlined process when my legal placement professional sent me a list of firms fitting my preferences and their open positions, and allowed me to look through them and let her know which I was interested in. My legal placement professional was responsive communicating between the firm and me, gave extra effort finding answers to my questions, and helpful submitting my paperwork. I liked that she's communication style was both professional and personable. The process was quick and didn't take too much time. It seemed like the search covered a lot of firms I was interested in.Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's you may have used?A. I have otherwise only interacted with recruiters who contacted me in relation to a specific position at one firm. I preferred BCG's approach of showing me a selection of openings to choose from - it was more efficient and allowed me to give input.

I really appreciated the service aspect of what BCG offers. Being in the service industry, you can recognize people who know what they are doing when it comes to providing services and BCG has that aspect of it down pat. Also, just having the breadth of resources and breadth of opportunities and always being responsive and being supportive, for me it was a really good experience. You guys handled all of the logistics and did all of the leg work and all I had to do was prepare for interviews and preparing for a new opportunity which made my life a lot easier. Having a full time job, its' difficult to find the time for that sort of thing and it was you guys going out there and finding the opportunities and having the connections with the law firms and know which type of firm does which type of work, to me, was invaluable.
