[My favorite thing about working with BCG & my legal placement professional were] the list of opportunities that I was provided with your connections and know how in the industry. There were extra opportunities that I was missing in my personal search. Opportunities were delivered to me weekly. I also had someone who could direct me and review my essays, cover letter, resume and things like that she was particularly helpful with. These were particularly strange times to be looking for a position with COVID and she helped navigate the search very well and it all worked out.

I appreciated the streamlined process when my legal placement professional sent me a list of firms fitting my preferences and their open positions, and allowed me to look through them and let her know which I was interested in. My legal placement professional was responsive communicating between the firm and me, gave extra effort finding answers to my questions, and helpful submitting my paperwork. I liked that she's communication style was both professional and personable. The process was quick and didn't take too much time. It seemed like the search covered a lot of firms I was interested in.Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's you may have used?A. I have otherwise only interacted with recruiters who contacted me in relation to a specific position at one firm. I preferred BCG's approach of showing me a selection of openings to choose from - it was more efficient and allowed me to give input.

The folks that I worked with were great, all around. The quality, response time, listening and communication. They were just great folks. I had a good experience and they are reliable. I preferred working with BCG and that is why I ultimately did work with you, in terms of the personal connection and the personal attention. I would come back to you in the future.

My recruiters make a fantastic team. They helped guide me through the entire job search and had great tips, especially about interviewing. I was completely satisfied with my experience. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again. They were insightful, attentive, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

I think more than anything else, I really appreciated that it was effective. A couple of the factors that I appreciated were the transparent communication was great, being kept up on the status of things. Initial expectation management, a layout of what I could expect in terms of how long it would take for the firms to be responsive and what I might expect when they did respond. Having only done a job search with you guys, I don't know how it would have gone if I hadn't used you guys, but I can affirmatively say that having worked with BCG that it was effective and I didn't have to put active energy into it beyond clicking yes or no to submit to firms, based on the updated links that I was given, so from that aspect it was fairly time effective. A couple of other recruiters reached out to me while I was working with Becca, but also it was a matter of the fact that Becca had a fairly large portfolio of possible client's that she could recommend me to that she had worked with before which was more attractive than the others who would only provide on occasion, smaller firms. Having worked with you guys, I would recommend you to others.

Average, I am trying to think. The experience wasn't much, as I didn't speak to anyone. They consistently sent job opportunities for me to review.

My first impression of BCG was very good, because Harrison and I had about a two hour phone call. I'm very surprised that he spent that much time talking with me. He was interested in my background in graduate school, and I really think that it was more like a personal conversation, rather than a conversation geared toward an object of me trying to find a job, which was cool. Another good thing about it was that I got the sense that he was really trying to drill down and get information to make sure that you guys could do a good job for me. That was probably the best part of the experience, was that first thing that happened right of the bat, and that first call with Harrison.

I was able to do things that make money while you guys were finding me a job, which made my life easier.

When I think of BCG I think of the word professional, and I get the sense that you guys don't regard me as a commodity, a fundable unit that you just need to get rid of with somebody so that you can get your cash flow going.

In my experience, I would rank you and one other person as the very top experiences that I've had.
