One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the personalized attention. It may sound cliche, but I have worked with some other recruiters, but my legal placement professional was phenomenal. She tailored searches to what we talked about. Overall she was very, very responsive to what I wanted.Working with BCG made my job search easier in every way. My legal placement professional took over the job of looking, submitting me to places, and following up. It was very helpful time management wise.The first words that come to mind when I think of BCG are outstanding and personalized.I would rank BCG at the top when compared to other recruiting companies I have worked with.How would I describe BCG to a peer of mine? One thing I liked a lot about my legal placement professional was that she was super friendly and really responsive, and in her communications with perspective employers, she was very professional but also cheerful with them, which is kind of nice being the same way I would interact with people.
