I worked with my legal placement professional and I enjoyed working with her. She provided useful information to me and really turned me on to a law firm that I ultimately joined. It's a law firm that I would not have considered if it were not for the information she gave me.I would rank BCG very high when compared to other recruiting companies I have worked with.I would say that BCG is a good place for those attorneys who are extremely good. If they have a very powerful resume or if they are extremely talented, I think BCG will work very well for them. For those kind of candidates I would say BCG is probably the best choice.

One thing I liked a lot about my legal placement professional was that she was super friendly and really responsive, and in her communications with perspective employers, she was very professional but also cheerful with them, which is kind of nice being the same way I would interact with people. She was a good person to have representing me because I felt like her approach was similar to my own which I really liked. BCG made my search easier in a lot of ways. My favorite thing about my legal placement professional was that she was extremely responsive through the entire process. She thought of creative ideas to get me into firms or get opportunities at firms, even during a pandemic. I really liked her and her approach. I have been a recruiter before and she did everything I would have done, if not better. She helped me prepare for interviews, she was just like my friend. We talked about stress eating cookies and things like that, it was funny. We had a really great time and I loved her so much. She did 100% of the work. She did inquires at law firms, and made the process more fun and seemed to understand me and what I was going through as a job searcher. The automated system was great, but sometimes it got annoying, so she would vet that for me. It seemed like it was it was personalized to me and what I was looking for. I was feeling a little down being a 2019er and losing my job and she made me feel like I was a great candidate or a great option and she gave me a lot more confidence going into interviews and things like that. I did talk to a couple of other recruiters in Seattle, and they sort of just let me down, like they didn't really try hard and didn't seem to think I was worth something, but she made me feel like I was worth something and kept working for me even when I said I was done and took another job in another state, she found me my dream job!
