The website - being able to approve firms and everything is sent off without having to worry about anything further beyond approving the firms. Generally it was a pretty easy process. The way the website aggregates the firms and gives you the option to approve either the specific position or exclude the firm entirely is helpful. The process is pretty seamless and it takes it out of your hands.

She never gave up on me. There was definitely a lot of effort put in for me. I liked how every so often I would get new firms chose particular for me and they really tried to address my interests and what I was looking for. It is very time consuming to look for a new job to begin with so it was nice to be able to have someone to do most of the leg work for you. I don't know all of the firms that are out there and that have openings and are looking for someone to fill a position. There are other types of ways to look through - LinkedIn and what not - but obviously it is easier when a recruiting agency has access to these firms and to these job opening and they can do the matching process based on what I am looking for and what the firms is looking for.

Carleen was with me every step of the way and she answered any questions that I had. She also helped prepare me for interviews that I had. It was a good experience and I appreciate all the work that Carleen did.

My favorite thing about working with BCG Attorney Search and Harrison Barnes was that they provided a really comprehensive list of potential employers and it was simple for me to apply to those employers. Essentially all I had to do was green light them and BCG took care of the rest. This made my job search easier because it was super passive on my end and all I had to do was review the employers list and green light the ones I wanted BCG to apply to on my behalf and then BCG took care of the rest so there wasn't really a lot that I had to do which freed up to do other things. BCG Attorney Search is the best legal recruiting firm that I have worked with. During my job hunt, I was contacted by 2 other recruiting firms, and BCG was the one that got me the job. I had the best luck working with them and they also set me up with an actual attorney who prepped me for interviews and that was really helpful. They were also the most responsive. The other recruiting firms that had reached out didn't do a great job of responding to my emails and other correspondence.

What where some of your favorite things about working with BCG and Harrison's Team? Responsiveness and general guidance. The interview prep with Patrick was particularly helpful. How did working with us make you job search easier?It took care of the whole entire thing. The individual search gets very cumbersome when scouring between dozens, if not hundreds, of different firms. BCG had already done all that work and had summarized each firm. When the list got in front of me the work was done and it was very easy for me to narrow down from that. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? #1. You are the only one that got me a job.Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience?Carleen and Patrick were particularly helpful. The interview prep and post interview feedback was invaluable. I wasn't really expecting that and that level of attention to detail was great. Also, the process was extremely quick. From reaching out to Carleen I think it was less than a month or 2 to my start date. There was downtime initially when I was getting back with you on the firms but once we really go the ball rolling it was 2-3 weeks to a start date which was way faster and way more successful than I anticipated.
