I think you guys were really thorough, you found a lot of opportunities I probably would have struggled to find on my own. You also did it fast, and you provided them to me without me having to go back to you and ask what was in the pipeline every week.I think the biggest thing that you did to make my job search easier was just helping me prepare for the writing sample that I had. Someone called me from BCG and they walked me through what they expected from the writing assignment, in terms of how to address it. Then they proofed it and helped me come up with the most well-constructed argument.The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are thorough, professional, and hard working. I would rank you as much better than other recruiting firms. I felt like you were trying to find something that fit me, rather trying to fit me into anything that was available.I would definitely recommend you to my peers. I was definitely excited about the opportunities that you could put in front of me, you were thorough in helping me to prepare for interviews and things like that. I think that in particular Carleen was very responsive. She would communicate to me almost on a daily basis any developments. If I had concerns she would usually respond within a few minutes. It was also helpful to me that we did some on the phone interview practice and counseling. I think that made a difference in my interview that ultimately led to me getting the job that I have now. [Working with BCG] certainly cut out a lot of the leg work that I would have had to do on my own. I think it also helped to have a sort of professional middle person or institution communicating with the HR department in various firms which I think have their own industry wide way of communicating. I would describe BCG Attorney Search as aggressive and receptive. I would recommend what your firm has to offer.

I chose the person; it was my recruiter at BCG in particular because of the attention I knew that she was going to give. She gave daily hand holding attention, which is critical. That just made a big difference. And I chose her over someone, who I was told is the biggest name in the field. [I did this] because I knew I wanted someone who was going to be a cheerleader [as] opposed to somebody who just had some big name. [BCG] walked [me] through each step of the process. I was coming from a different career [and] different market and didn't really know how I should present myself or anything. I knew I had strengths but I didn't know how to package them for this kind of thing. I knew how to package them for a client, but not for a new place [of] employment. [I would describe BCG as] scrappy, hungry, [and] supportive. I would rank you highly. You need someone who is really going to walk each step of the way with you. You already have your own cache so you don't need some place to give you cache. You need someone who is going to explain the process [and] go through the ups and downs with you. That's what you [have] going.

My decision to work with BCG to obtain a lateral associate position was well made. My recruiter demonstrated a remarkable wealth of knowledge regarding the legal market as well as a tireless effort to help me find the right fit. Moreover, after having received an offer at a top firm, when a client conflict issue arose which could have resulted in the offer being withdrawn, she personally helped me work through the issue to successfully resolve it, all the while keeping my spirits up. I could not have asked to work with a better recruiter!

Becca was very responsive to emails. I felt like I wasn't being pushed in terms of making a decision one way or another. I generally like the interface with being able to see the status of everything and a list of where all of my applications were under one room as opposed to everything being all over the place.

Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

A. I would say near the top in terms of responsiveness and being very up to date with everything.

One of my favorite things about BCG was that they were more organized. Working with BCG made my job search easier because it took a lot of the administrative stuff away.The first feeling I get when I think of BCG is a positive one. I get the BCG newsletters and I like what you guys say.I would describe you positively to my peers.
