How did working with us make you job search easier?

They found me a job! They would send me stuff every day and they set me up with the job I took. I was very surprised - I am still very young in my career and I didn't think a recruiter would work with me but they were pretty thorough.

Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

I talked with a few other ones and they would say "Hey, we will keep you in mind and put you up for stuff" and then I would never hear from them again. There was one where they kept putting me up for temp stuff and I told them I wasn't interested in that. I don't know how seriously any other company took my candidacy but it was really night and day.

A lot of marketing emails made it confusing to determine which I needed to reply to and which were just informational. Otherwise, it was easy to work internationally with the team and I appreciate the deviation from normal practices to make my location issues work.

I ultimately got a job at the end so that was a good outcome. I like the way the process was where I could vet the firms that were possible options. I had a good conversation at the beginning of the process that helped with my expectations and how the process was going to work so I found that really helpful as well. It was great to not have to write a bunch of different cover letters and not have to scan the internet every day for possible opportunities. Especially right now because I am in a clerkship and looking for the next job is time consuming when I could be focusing on my current job.Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?A. I used one at the beginning of my search and it didn't go anywhere and I didn't really heard from them on what was happening so I was in the dark and confused. This was a lot better than that one!

What where some of your favorite things about working with BCG and Harrisons' Team?

The fact that it was mostly automated. I would be asked to approve firms and approve jobs that my credentials would be sent to. This was mostly done electronically which I found very convenient.

How did working with us make you job search easier?

BCG did all the leg work. BCG found the job openings and reported them to me so all I had to do was approve the opening. It saved me time from having to go through individual law firm websites.

Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

BCG was the best. I did work with a couple other recruiter's and from my personal observation they had less access to job openings. I heard much more from BCG than I did from the other recruiters. The other recruiters tended to not be automated and I would get a phone call to discuss it in real time which often wasn't convenient and we ended up playing phone tag a lot. BCG was the best because of the volume of openings that BCG was able to get access to and because of the convenient nature of the interaction.

Harrison is very thorough, on top of it, proactive and hard working. It took a lot of pressure off me for you to do the work. The word that comes to mind when I think of BCG is connected. I haven't worked with many recruiters, but BCG is the best one so far. I would definitely recommend you guys. Working with you was a very good experience and was very helpful. I thought that the people that I worked with were very supportive. I worked primarily with Carleen Trapp and I really appreciated that she was in constant contact. It was very accommodating to my schedule, which at times could be kind of difficult. She was pretty encouraging yet realistic along the way. It basically made my job search. I really didn't have to do anything else other than just provide some necessary information about myself, including my resume. Basically Carleen handled it from there and she was great. [BCG was] helpful and encouraging. I would say you got the job done. This is a very professional organization. They basically facilitated the entire process so I would recommend them.

I liked that BCG assigned me a personal recruiter who I had a conversation with. That was really nice and I liked the direct contact with Harrison Barnes, that made me feel appreciated. I feel really appreciated with one on one time. I had really great conversations with the recruiters that I worked with and I thought that they were excellent. They didn't make any mistakes and were excellent.

[My favorite thing about working with BCG Attorney Search was] that there was a level of contact every week. I have worked with other recruiters where basically you talk with them once and then you don't hear from them. So it was very nice that the recruiter that I worked with, Carleen, reached out to me at least once a week. I didn't have to do anything, it was great. She sent me the firms, I elected whether or not to put my hat in the ring and she drafted the cover letter. I was really able to sit back relax and wait and see what happened.
