I liked the amount of opportunities that were available, the responsiveness of the person I worked with, and the amount of work, as well as the effort that was put into trying to get me the right job placement. Working with BCG made my job search easier because you were able to consolidate all of the opportunities that were available to the BCG interface, and I was able to talk to someone directly about more of the details of what I was looking for that you can't really express through the written word. BCG was well run and professional. You were definitely more comprehensive than other firms. I got a lot of opportunities from BCG. BCG will work hard to focus their efforts on what you want. They are focused on the type of work you're looking for.

[My favorite thing about working with BCG Attorney Search was] that you guys got me a good job. You took care of all of the application process and I was working so you reduced a lot of the time constraints, or helped me manage that. [I would describe BCG as having] nice people, [being] hardworking, [and getting] good results. I have not worked with any [other recruiting firms] but I have friends who have and you're the best. I know a couple other friends who will be going to you guys because of my experience. You guys took care of most the leg work, reached out to about 100 law firms, and did a really great job at trying to shape my message and background into a sellable package.

It really seemed like my legal placement professional and BCG had a plan and were willing to work the problem. I had contacted other recruiters but I would very quickly get back a "No, there isn't really anything out there" whereas with my legal placement professional and BCG there was initially a long list of stuff. It was more of a "well, you may not be exactly the description they are looking for but a lot of times when people see a certain resume they want to talk to you." She was always very pleasant to talk to and seemed to have a good plan and moving forward. She seemed to be on top of a number of possibilities to at least explore, which was a lot better than any other search firm that I have contacted. It felt like progress was always being made. The online portal [made my job search easier] and also she gave me advice and we discuss things about my resume, which I thought was very helpful and gave me pointers from her perspective. It seemed like she vetted a lot of the firms first and then would give me the listing of firms and ask me to go through them. It wasn't a narrow focus and more of a broad focus and saying we have these number of firms, maybe you don't fit exactly what they are looking for but she would forward my information to them anyway because sometimes getting your resume sparks an idea or maybe they start thinking that maybe this person would fit. I think that is actually what happened with the firm where I landed, quite frankly. They hadn't even officially started advertising for a position and they got my resume it fit something else they thought would be a really good fit for them.my legal placement professional was a very easy person to work with. She offered great advice and wouldn't over inflate advice she was getting. She would tread the line between being hopeful and realistic. The products that BCG offered really seemed to be advantageous and very helpful. If I ever hear of another friend that is looking to make a move to another state or make a transition, the first place that I will point them is with my legal placement professional and BCG . Ya'll seem to really have developed an effective system. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? A. I have worked with a few and as far as effectiveness I would definitely put you at the top!

[My favorite things about working with BCG and my legal placement professional] General helpfulness throughout the process, general advising, being available and helping me through the decision making process and having another resource in the job application process.Definitely helped take a step-up in the process. Coming from Louisville, I felt like I had a good resume with good regional firm experience. I think using a recruiting firm allowed me to get in the door of some places that a general resume application wouldn't have done. She helped navigate the post-offer process and go through some of the follow ups and some of the question that needed to be asked. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?A. I very basically used some others but there was really none others that got results. I enjoyed working very closely with my legal placement professional.

I liked that BCG didn't push jobs on me that I either was not qualified for or didn't want, whereas other firms find an opening, they don't care what it is, they don't care who you are and they push you into it. I liked that the recruiter that I worked with at BCG was efficient, she was quick to get back to me so I never felt like she left something hanging or had forgotten, it was a good experience. Actually, not only did I get an interview and actually find a job thanks to you guys, but she definitely streamlined my job search. I had been all over the place before and you guys were able to suggest a couple of firms that were a good fit and get a couple of interviews that were good fits, so that definately helped focus my job search. BCG is by far the best. I was laid off about 2 and , months ago and had worked with at least 4 other recruiting agencies and had no success or had gotten interviews that were not a good fit and I started working with Jessica 2 weeks ago and I am starting a new job on Monday, the service speaks for itself really!

I had access to a very large volume of opportunities and openings, I appreciated the depth of picturing experience in terms of things like resources to other people who have received offers from other places, and having that type of intel information that was available was helpful. BCG made my job search much easier as I was able to focus on things like preparing for interviews and other areas of researching the firms where I had received an invitation to interview with rather than spending my time researching firms that didn't show interest in the first place. I had more time for things like putting together emails and cover letters , that kind of first step. I have been very happy with BCG. I used BCG when I was placed with my old firm as well and I was very pleased with working with my recruiter and when I decided I was going to make a move, she was my first and only call and didn't even consider speaking with other people because I was so confident in her process and in working with BCG.

One of my favorite things about working with BCG was how responsive they were. Working with BCG made my job search easier because it gave me a lot of time. The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are helpful, connected, and experienced.I would rank BCG at the top compared to other legal recruiting companies, and I would recommend you to a peer.

I think my favorite thing about working with BCG and Becca was just overall the advice on how to approach the search, I feel like that was very informative. I think that the search brought to my attention, opportunities that I might not have otherwise found, so ensuring that it was as broad as possible. BCG is the first recruiting firm I have worked with and I feel like they are number 1!

What where some of your favorite things about working with BCG and Harrison's Team? Responsiveness and general guidance. The interview prep with Patrick was particularly helpful. How did working with us make you job search easier? It took care of the whole entire thing. The individual search gets very cumbersome when scouring between dozens, if not hundreds, of different firms. BCG had already done all that work and had summarized each firm. When the list got in front of me the work was done and it was very easy for me to narrow down from that. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? #1. You are the only one that got me a job.Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience?Carleen and Patrick were particularly helpful. The interview prep and post interview feedback was invaluable. I wasn't really expecting that and that level of attention to detail was great. Also, the process was extremely quick. From reaching out to Carleen I think it was less than a month or 2 to my start date. There was downtime initially when I was getting back with you on the firms but once we really go the ball rolling it was 2-3 weeks to a start date which was way faster and way more successful than I anticipated.
