What where some of your favorite things about working with BCG and Harrison's Team? Responsiveness and general guidance. The interview prep with Patrick was particularly helpful. How did working with us make you job search easier?It took care of the whole entire thing. The individual search gets very cumbersome when scouring between dozens, if not hundreds, of different firms. BCG had already done all that work and had summarized each firm. When the list got in front of me the work was done and it was very easy for me to narrow down from that. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? #1. You are the only one that got me a job.Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience?Carleen and Patrick were particularly helpful. The interview prep and post interview feedback was invaluable. I wasn't really expecting that and that level of attention to detail was great. Also, the process was extremely quick. From reaching out to Carleen I think it was less than a month or 2 to my start date. There was downtime initially when I was getting back with you on the firms but once we really go the ball rolling it was 2-3 weeks to a start date which was way faster and way more successful than I anticipated.

Annie was great to worth with! She was energetic and encouraging. She was very responsive. I was a little antsy through periods of the job search, both from waiting and being antsy generally about what I wanted to do for work. Ask more questions to the hiring firm before purposing it to the candidate. She understands that sometimes the firm doesn't always share that info but if we could try to push and get a bit more.

I had burned through a bunch of recruiters who, after there was an initial flurry of excitement kind of fizzled out. Then I wouldn't hear from them until I heard from them. I really liked how BCG and especially my legal placement professional, the one that helped me, were reliable; they checked in, I got weekly reports. I knew that even if I didn't have an opportunity that week, I was still in her thoughts. I felt like I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. It seemed like my legal placement professional and BCG in general understood the market better and knew which firms were likely to hire and which firms were a no go.
