Phillips Lytle Grows Firm with New Hires
Phillips Lytle LLP is expanding their firm with the addition of Associates Adam Wynn and James R. O’Connor. Both attorneys are part of the Commercial Litigation Practice.
Mr. Wynn has joined the New York City office, where he concentrates his practice in financial services litigation while focusing on representing lenders in residential and commercial foreclosure actions. He has a B.A. from Muhlenberg College, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Mr. Wynn is extremely familiar with state and federal regulations and assists his clients in courts across New York State.
Mr. O’Connor will continue his practice in Buffalo, focusing on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, securities litigation, and fraudulent conveyance. He received a B.S. from the University of Detroit Mercy and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. O’Connor’s practice extends through labor and employment, including discrimination, retaliation, and ERISA litigation. He also has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations and counseling businesses on employee benefits.
