I thought that the two [recruiters] I worked with were both very helpful and knowledgeable, both in terms of our phone conversations and [the fact that] they also sent me good prep material. Pretty much all aspects of [working with BCG made my job searched easier and] helped with identifying opportunities that I wouldn't have otherwise. They worked [with me on] interview prep. Some of my favorite things about working with BCG Attorney Search include my legal placement professional, the representative that I worked with, as she was very responsive. She was very focused on what I wanted in a search and finding the opportunities that might fit what I wanted. Working with BCG Attorney Search made my job a lot easier because I didn't have to do the search myself. I did my job, so that was an enormous benefit for me because our schedules are not always conducive to doing a job search on our own. My legal placement professional made it manageable, and placed me in a job that I am very excited about. The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG Attorney Search are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about the industry. That was an enormous asset as well. I chose you for a reason, because I talked to a couple of other firms that I had passed on. Speaking with my legal placement professional, she had a very strong knowledge and experience in the industry, and that definitely stood out to me. She was pretty diligent about the search. I ended up working with BCG, but I have friends who have worked with other recruiters who weren't very pleased. The other recruiters they worked with seemed very passive, where the recruiter submitted a resume once and that was the end of their experience. That was not my experience with BCG, in a good way. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know who is looking for a recruiter, because I was extremely pleased with the service and the outcome. As for the process in general, I was impressed with how on top of things everyone was at BCG and how they monitor openings, finding ones that were suitable to my interests.

I really appreciated the daily follow up and where things stand email every day. I thought that was really useful and helped me keep on top of things. I found her communication to be very clear so I was never confused by anything she said to me or wrote to me and I also really appreciated that she was willing to talk about the relative drawbacks about some of the places where I had offers. Some headhunters are like all these places are fantastic and you'll love them and it's not true, so I really appreciate honesty when weighing those types of offers and she may had heard things I hadn't heard, so that was really useful as well.Oh my gosh, I had been kind of marginally looking kind of half-heartedly but looking none the less for about 2 years and I had 2 offers within 4 weeks of working with my legal placement professional. My favorite thing about working with BCG Attorney Search and Harrison Barnes was that they provided a really comprehensive list of potential employers and it was simple for me to apply to those employers. Essentially all I had to do was green light them and BCG took care of the rest. This made my job search easier because it was super passive on my end and all I had to do was review the employers list and green light the ones I wanted BCG to apply to on my behalf and then BCG took care of the rest so there wasn't really a lot that I had to do which freed up to do other things. BCG Attorney Search is the best legal recruiting firm that I have worked with. During my job hunt, I was contacted by 2 other recruiting firms, and BCG was the one that got me the job. I had the best luck working with them and they also set me up with an actual attorney who prepped me for interviews and that was really helpful. They were also the most responsive. The other recruiting firms that had reached out didn't do a great job of responding to my emails and other correspondence.
