Corporate Associate Attorney

Roseland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate associate attorney with 3-6 years of corporate transactional experience to join the dynamic and growing Transactions and Advisory Group, focusing on its M&A and Private Equity practices. The candidate will primarily involve the representation of private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in negotiating, structuring, and documenting a variety of transactions, including control acquisitions, minority investments and dispositions of previously acquired companies or investments, experience representing both private equity and public company clients is a plus. Public M&A experience is desirable.

The candidate should have top academic credentials.
