• Handle government procurement matters at both State and Federal levels.
• Navigate complex issues related to data licensing, privacy, data breaches, and cybersecurity.
• Engage in legal work concerning artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience with a focus on matters related to telecoms, privacy, cybersecurity, large-scale outsourcing projects, and technology procurement.
• Proven experience in transactional technology work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of Victoria.
