Polsinelli Shughart, one of the five fastest growing law firms in 2010, has opened its first West Coast office in Los Angeles with the acquisition of Quateman LLP, California's largest municipal bond law firm
. The Quateman group has been handling corporate work for middle market companies, which is a key client base for Polsinelli. Mergers and acquisitions is a major area of interest of Quateman but it plans to continue to handle municipal bond work.
