Many of the firm's top clients are investment banks, but, in recent years, the firm has expanded its intellectual property litigation practice. Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
San Francisco office of our client seeks finance attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will represent the firm's carbon and renewable energy clients, and their debt and equity capital providers, in mergers and acquisitions transactions, project finance, tax and cash equity investments, equity syndications, sale/leaseback transactions, and leases of electric power generating facilities, and in particular with respect to the oil, natural gas, wind, solar, biofuels, fuel cells, biomass and geothermal industry sectors. Must have prior mergers and acquisitions, bank finance, project finance, asset finance, aircraft finance, and leasing experience. A general background in bank finance, general lending, and drafting of credit documentation; and complex due diligence and deal management skills are required. Must be a member, or eligible to become a member, of the California Bar.
