San Francisco office of our client seeks mid-level finance associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will be leading or co-leading financing transactions, representing lenders and borrowers. Will drafting, editing, and reviewing a variety of documents, including: commitment letters, loan and security agreements, intercreditor and subordination agreements and closing documentation such as certificates, resolutions and opinions. San Francisco office of our client seeks regulatory and compliance counsel with 5-8 years of experience advising financial institutions and FinTech companies on a variety of complex regulatory and transactional matters. The candidate will work closely with the head of the practice group to service blockchain clients and help grow the department from the ground up.
