The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in acquisition finance but will be considered with various finance backgrounds. This position requires strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship abilities.

Duties

Job Location

San Francisco, CA

Benefits

The firm offers a competitive package of benefits, including:

  • Discretionary bonus
  • Health/welfare benefits, including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits
  • Flexible time off
  • Paid holidays

Although the San Francisco office of this full-service, multi-national juggernaut is known primarily for its large Litigation department, its Business department is growing and, in fact, includes an outstanding International Transactions practice. Despite its size and impressive stature within the legal community, insiders claim the firm maintains a ?small firm? culture ? associates are neither competitive nor pretentious and the firm itself is notoriously not hierarchical. Salaries are competitive (although associates complain the firm will never be the first to raise salaries), and billable hour pressure is manageable.

Your information will not be forwarded to any employers at this time. A recruiter will contact you with more information once our internal review of your resume is completed.
