San Francisco office of our client seeks junior to mid-level finance attorney with 3-4 years of law firm experience. The candidate will be leading or co-leading financing transactions, representing lenders and borrowers. Will be drafting, editing, and reviewing a variety of documents, including: commitment letters, loan and security agreements, intercreditor and subordination agreements and closing documentation such as certificates, resolutions and opinions. Collaborating with mergers and acquisitions, tax, and other specialists on the structuring of financing transactions. Must have experience representing banks, non-banks, lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, private companies, impact lenders and companies in a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions, including: working capital lines; letter of credit facilities, acquisition finance; senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; loan workouts and restructurings; impact (socially responsible) lending transactions and other related transactions. The candidate should have leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (industry-agnostic), are preferred. Finance experience will be considered.
