Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on various banking and finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various financial agreements, including loan documents, credit agreements, and security agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Assist with due diligence reviews for financial transactions.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of banking and finance laws and regulations.
