Duties:

• Handle structured finance matters with a focus on lending, securitization, and similar finance structures.
• Work on a variety of asset types and structures, contributing to a diverse and dynamic practice.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to structured finance transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and financing documents.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective finance strategies.
• Provide legal counsel on complex structured finance issues.
• Manage and oversee deal execution and closings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience at a law firm with a focus on structured finance.
• Strong deal experience in lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Experience across a variety of asset types and structures (preferred).

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
