My favorite thing about working with BCG was the proactive approach. They didn't just go after listed opportunities, but actually solicited with firms that hadn't published opportunities yet.Working with BCG made my job search easier because they submitted my resume, and the weekly status reports were helpful updates.The first three things that come to mind when I think of BCG are professional, comprehensive, and user friendly.You are the best recruiting company I have worked with.I would describe you to a peer as very helpful and I would recommend your firm.

[My favorite thing about working with BCG & my legal placement professional were] the list of opportunities that I was provided with your connections and know how in the industry. There were extra opportunities that I was missing in my personal search. Opportunities were delivered to me weekly. I also had someone who could direct me and review my essays, cover letter, resume and things like that she was particularly helpful with. These were particularly strange times to be looking for a position with COVID and she helped navigate the search very well and it all worked out.

My recruiter was very friendly, engaged, informative, and hardworking. Working with BCG made my job search easier because I didn't have to do anything. She was very knowledgeable about the market and had a large scope of information on both mid-sized and AmLaw firms. She was great at negotiating the offers that came in with the firm, ultimately to the offer that I accepted. She was able to give me advice on time frames in which to answer firms that did move forward with offers and help navigate that process. She provided excellent service. My legal placement professional was very professional and responsive. She had good insight on the process and made it a well to do process. You guys kind of did the search for me and made it much easier. That is what you look for when you go to a recruiting firm. I haven't actually used recruiting firms in the past successfully so I would say by default, top of the list!

They knew people and had contacts with the firms I was interested in. I would describe them as being very competent.

Annie was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions as they came up. If I expressed interest or a lack of interest in something she filtered [the jobs] accordingly so I thought that was great. Annie was really fantastic! She called me before and helped me prep with the different meetings and she sent emails with helpful information as well. I have lots of positive things to say! She was also persistent; my search took a long time so that was helpful. How did working with us make you job search easier? Handling all of if! Not having to send out a million cover letters and vetting the firms individually was great. She communicated and arranged things and timelines with the firms which was very helpful.

My legal placement professional was very responsive and it seemed like she was very frank and up front about the market and what was available and what wasn't, what was realistic and what was not and I really appreciated getting the summaries each week. My legal placement professional did everything except the interview, so she did the whole job search for me. BCG got me a job, so I'd say you're #1.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with my recruiter during my job search. Not only was I looking to make a move to a new firm, but I was looking to move to a different city as well. From New York, she was able to find many quality opportunities for me in various cities along the East Coast, until I was finally able to narrow it down to one city. My recruiter spent countless hours on the phone with me discussing my career, why I wanted to leave my firm, what I was looking to get out of my new job, and what type of positions would be appropriate for my career level. She also presented a few opportunities that were slightly out of the box that I might not have considered had it not been for her.

My recruiter put an immense amount of effort into helping me obtain a position that I would be happy with, including helping me revise my resume, calling me to discuss the details of various openings, and calling me before and after each and every interview to help me prepare and to debrief with me afterwards. I am not sure that many other recruiters would go to such lengths.

Something that is very important to me is that she was never pushy if I did not want to apply to a certain position, we always discussed why so that she could fully understand where I was coming from, and she always respected my wishes about where to apply. Additionally, I never felt like I was running after her for updates or information she was always in close contact with me throughout the process.

Only a week or two after my recruiter submitted my resume to various open positions, I had multiple interviews and callback interviews, and within 3 weeks I had a job offer, and 2 weeks later another. She also helped me navigate the slightly awkward task of communicating with the firm where I had the standing offer while I was still interviewing for other positions. I was extremely surprised at how smooth and easy the process had been, and I am sure it was due to her efforts. She also made herself available to me anytime I needed her throughout the process nights, weekends, etc., in order to be sure that I felt comfortable with my job search.

I believe that my recruiter truly cares about the individual she is working with and goes to great lengths to ensure that the individual finds a position that he or she will be happy with. I have already recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so in the future. In fact, I am still in contact with my recruiter months after my job search ended, and plan to continue to do so!

Not only was she great, but I was extremely pleased with BCG as a whole as well. My recruiter is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy source in her field, but if by chance she was unsure about something, she would reach out to her fellow recruiters at BCG and would always have an answer for me very quickly.
