It is great to be working with someone who is so competent, attentive and responsive. It definitely makes this whole process much easier.

I really appreciated the service aspect of what BCG offers. Being in the service industry, you can recognize people who know what they are doing when it comes to providing services and BCG has that aspect of it down pat. Also, just having the breadth of resources and breadth of opportunities and always being responsive and being supportive, for me it was a really good experience. You guys handled all of the logistics and did all of the leg work and all I had to do was prepare for interviews and preparing for a new opportunity which made my life a lot easier. Having a full time job, its' difficult to find the time for that sort of thing and it was you guys going out there and finding the opportunities and having the connections with the law firms and know which type of firm does which type of work, to me, was invaluable.

One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the nationwide reach.

My favorite thing about BCG was the summary sheets I got every week. Those helped me keep track of what was going on verses other recruiters that would say "I am applying to this position" and I would never hear back about it either way, and in some cases, I am not sure that they ever applied. This is my second time working with Becca and I have the confidence to know that the work was getting done and I didn't need to fret over every detail with her.

She was very knowledgeable about the market and had a large scope of information on both mid-sized and AmLaw firms. She was great at negotiating the offers that came in with the firm, ultimately to the offer that I accepted. Recently, I had the privilege of working with my recruiter in your Chicago office and wanted to express how much I enjoyed working with them and BCG during my job search. Most candidates who have used other recruiters before BCG probably share the same story-a recruiter spends a short amount of time with a candidate and then wants to peddle a resume to a number of potential employers or sell you on an open position in another firm. Unlike recruiters at other organizations, my recruiter spent a considerable amount of time with me at the beginning of the process learning about my background, skill set, and motivations to find firms that would be a good fit. My recruiter was friendly and straightforward. They identified my strengths and weaknesses as a candidate and offered useful suggestions on preparing for interviews. My recruiter also prepared detailed summaries about me for firms that interviewers remarked were very helpful to them.

I have to say, I have always been leery of recruiters and tried avoiding them at all costs. You've been the only one who actually did what I imagined a recruiter should do -- and, landing the position was a bonus. I'll definitely be referring you to friends in the future.
