My recruiters make a fantastic team. They helped guide me through the entire job search and had great tips, especially about interviewing. I was completely satisfied with my experience. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again. They were insightful, attentive, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the fact that they were willing to send applications out to firms that didn't have posted openings.

BCG was willing to do all the leg work, so I was able to concentrate on my current position, and concentrate on the interviews.

The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are diligent, aggressive, and persuasive.

BCG is definitely a good option if other recruiters do not seem sufficiently aggressive or interested in your career.

The particular job I was looking at, I had seen a post on the BCG website, then I contacted BCG. They then put me in contact with the person I worked with. She was really helpful in terms of helping me figure [out] how to do the logistics of a lateral move and how to prepare for the interview. She also helped me work on my resume. I can't thank my Chicago recruiter enough for her assistance in my transition. They clearly had information about the firms which was more than that publicly available. It made a difficult process for me considerably less so.

My legal placement professional was very thorough and extremely helpful with the lateral associate interview preparation and with the types of questions and framing the answers, etc. My legal placement professional handled finding all of the types of firms that I could apply to, doing the research adjusting from a large city to a smaller city, because she scoured the market for me to find the appropriate firms which saved me the time that I would have had to spend doing it.

My favorite thing about working with BCG was the weekly updates. The first word that comes to mind when I think of BCG is wide ranging. Working with BCG made my job easier because it took less time for me.
