My favorite things about working at BCG were Harrison and Carleen. I like them both. Working with BCG made my job easier because they were really good with scheduling and giving good information. The first three things that come to mind when I think of BCG are that they are competent, informative, and pleasant. I would recommend you guys.

My recruiters make a fantastic team. They helped guide me through the entire job search and had great tips, especially about interviewing. I was completely satisfied with my experience. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again. They were insightful, attentive, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the fact that they were willing to send applications out to firms that didn't have posted openings.

BCG was willing to do all the leg work, so I was able to concentrate on my current position, and concentrate on the interviews.

The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are diligent, aggressive, and persuasive.

BCG is definitely a good option if other recruiters do not seem sufficiently aggressive or interested in your career.

I loved the responsiveness of my legal placement professional, and the weekly reports were super helpful, just knowing there was work going on. Also, one thing that was great, was just before the interview checking in with her and having her walk me through the interview (because I haven't interviewed in so long), she was kind of nervous about that process and she made herself available to calm nerves and walk me through everything. This was my first switch since graduating law school and so I just wasn't sure how this worked, but she explained the process and she was very open. She wasn't applying to firms that didn't fit what I wanted and I really appreciated that. She went after the jobs I really wanted and got out to those opportunities for me, so that was very helpful. I have never worked with a recruiter, and I thought that everything went really well. I got a job and so this worked out great.

My recruiter was very professional. She responded and took a lot of questions both during office hours and outside of office hours, which is very helpful. The process was a very efficient process. I like how I was provided firms, which my recruiter believed were a good fit for me. I was able to review them and provide responses. If it took me a couple of extra days to review something or get back to my recruiter, she would always reach back out and make sure I was staying on top of the ball, which is very helpful.It helped find jobs and listings that I otherwise would not have found online. And it also helped introduce me to law firms that I otherwise would not have known about or would not have known to research. I've only briefly worked with one other recruiter individually. I would say it ranked very high up there, definitely higher than my other experience. Like I said, the efficiency and the ability to really motivate and push me was helpful. The one other recruiter I worked with would show you all these different jobs and say, these are all great; you are great. That's just not realistic. I think BCG did a good job at maintaining expectations and helping point you in a direction and making it clear, this might be a firm that would be more of a reach, or this is definitely one that we should be looking at, I really appreciated those insights.

It was great chatting with my recruiter in Washington DC. I've had the opportunity to chat with a few recruiters over the years but have never been as impressed as I was with my recruiter's enthusiasm and ability to pin-point the specific steps that I have taken over the course of my law school and professional life to advance my career in bankruptcy law.

I guess the emails I got with the job opportunities. Found options I wouldn't have found myself.
Average, I am trying to think. The experience wasn't much, as I didn't speak to anyone. They consistently sent job opportunities for me to review.
